Questions, answered properly.
How quoting works, what is included, how access and scheduling are handled, and what the Property Partner program is.
Getting a quote
How do I book a home cleaning?
Book online — choose the service, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a date that works for you. Your price is shown on screen before you confirm. If you would rather talk it through, call (214) 614-6613 during phone hours and we will book it for you.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are delivered by email and apply to any of our services — a deep clean for new parents, a move-out clean for a friend on the way out, or a recurring schedule for someone who needs one less thing to think about.
How does quoting work?
Send a property quote request and we come back with a scope and a quote for that property. There is no price list because no two properties arrive in the same condition, and a quote built for your property is more useful than a number built for an average one. Fill in as much as you know, attach photos if you have them, and we take it from there.
What should I include in a quote request?
The property address, what kind of client you are, the property type, the service you need, approximate square footage, current condition, the date it needs to be ready, and whether it is vacant or occupied. Photos help more than anything else on that list. If you are missing some of it, send what you have and we will ask for the rest.
Do you serve my area?
We are based in Irving and serve properties across Dallas–Fort Worth. Put the property address on the quote request and we will confirm coverage when we reply. If you manage or own properties in several parts of the metro, list them and we will tell you which we can cover as a group.
Do you clean regular homes, or just rental properties?
Both. Homeowners across Irving and DFW book recurring, deep and move cleans online with the price shown before confirming. And for real estate professionals — property managers, landlords, realtors, investors and builders — we run a dedicated property-ready service, quoted per property.
What's included
What is included in a home cleaning?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: surfaces, fixtures, floors and trash on every visit, worked from the same room-by-room checklist. Extras such as inside the oven or refrigerator can be added when you book, and the full checklist is published on each service page.
What is a deep clean, and do I need one?
A deep clean spends more time on the areas a routine clean passes over — baseboards, fixtures, build-up in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is usually the right first visit; a recurring schedule keeps the standard after that.
What is the difference between a turnover, a move-out and a pre-listing clean?
They differ by who walks in next. A turnover clean resets a rental unit between tenants to a move-in standard, with appliance, cabinet and closet interiors included. A move-out clean is the same scope on a home changing hands, usually timed between the movers and a walkthrough. A pre-listing clean is for the camera and the showing, with glass, fixtures, floors and visible surfaces done to a presentation standard.
Do you clean inside appliances and cabinets?
Yes, on a vacant property the interiors are part of the scope. Oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cabinets, drawers and closets are emptied of debris and cleaned inside, because the next tenant or buyer opens every one of them. On an occupied property we leave the contents alone and clean the interiors you ask for. The quote lists exactly what is included.
What does post-construction cleaning cover?
Post-construction cleaning removes what a build leaves behind, in two phases. A rough clean after drywall and paint clears debris and dust so the finish trades can work. A final clean after the punch list details fixtures, glass, cabinet interiors, floors and appliances, and removes stickers, protective film, overspray and grout haze. Tell us which phase you need, or both, on the quote request.
What is not included?
Trash-out and junk removal beyond bagged debris are not part of a clean. Furniture, mattresses, appliances left behind, construction haul-off and a garage full of the last tenant’s belongings are a cleanout, which is a separate job. Tell us what is on the property when you request a quote and we will say what we can take on. Property cleanouts are a service we may add, so ask.
Does it matter whether the property is vacant or occupied?
Yes, it changes the scope, so tell us on the quote request. A vacant property gets the full interior scope, with appliances, cabinets, closets and drawers cleaned inside, because there is nothing in the way. An occupied property, such as a listing the seller still lives in, is cleaned around furniture and belongings, with personal spaces left alone unless you ask for them. Same standard, different reach.
Scheduling & access
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients are out while we work. Tell us once how to get in — a garage code, a lockbox, a key with the concierge — and we handle it the same way every visit. If you would rather be home, that is completely fine too.
How do you get into the property?
However you prefer, and you tell us on the quote request. Lockbox and combination codes, Supra access arranged through the listing agent, a key left at the leasing office, a superintendent on site or an owner who meets us at the door all work. We confirm the access plan with you before the visit and we lock up the way we found it. Codes are shared with the team on the job and nobody else.
How do you schedule around closings and photographers?
Give us the date that matters, the photo shoot, the walkthrough, the closing or the move-in, and we schedule the clean ahead of it. Listing and closing timelines are what we are built around, so we work backward from your deadline rather than forward from our calendar. If the date moves, tell us and we move with it. Any rescheduling terms are stated on your quote.
Can you clean while trades are still finishing?
Yes, if we know which areas are done and which are still open. We can clean the finished rooms and return for the rest once the last trade is out, which is usually better than waiting for a site that is never quite finished. Tell us what is still outstanding on the quote request and we scope the visits around it.
Do I need to be at the property?
No, most of our visits happen on vacant properties with nobody present. Arrange access, tell us anything specific the crew should know, and we handle the rest. If you want to walk the property with us afterward, say so and we will set a time. Otherwise you will hear from us when the clean is done.
Trust & safety
Are you insured?
Yes. Prolific Solutions is insured, and every cleaning professional in our network is required to maintain their own liability insurance before servicing a property. If you need a certificate of insurance for your records, ask when you request your quote.
Is your team background-checked?
Yes. Every cleaning professional in our network completes a background check before servicing a property. Our people work in vacant homes, on construction sites and in listings with the seller’s belongings still inside — trust is the product, and we treat it that way.
What if something is missed?
Tell us, and we come back to address it. Send a note or a photo of what was missed and we return to the property to put it right. We would rather hear about it from you than from your tenant, your buyer or your client, so do not hesitate to say something.
Who is behind Prolific Solutions?
Prolific Solutions is owned by real estate investors and based in Irving, Texas. That is why the company is built around real estate timelines, the photographer, the walkthrough, the move-in date, rather than around a cleaning route. Cleaning is where we start. Getting properties ready for what is next is the business.
Property partners
What is a Property Partner?
A Property Partner is a client with recurring or multi-property needs who works with us under a standing arrangement instead of starting from scratch each time. You get one point of contact who knows your properties and how you run them, and a consistent standard from one property to the next. It is built for property managers, builders, brokerages, teams and investors who turn properties regularly.
Who qualifies as a Property Partner?
Property managers, builders, brokerages, real estate teams and investors with recurring or multi-property needs. If you turn units every month, close on several properties a year, or hand every listing to the same vendor, a standing arrangement makes more sense than a one-off quote. A single property that needs one clean is welcome too, just through the regular quote request.
How do I become a Property Partner?
Use the Become a Property Partner form or call (214) 614-6613 and tell us about your portfolio, your volume and the kinds of properties you handle. We will follow up to talk through how you work, agree on the standard and set up your point of contact. From there, each property is scheduled through that one contact.

Still have a question?
Call or email and a person answers. Or send the property details through the quote form and ask there.
