Post-Construction Cleaning in Irving and Dallas–Fort Worth
Construction leaves a film on everything. Drywall dust in the cabinet tracks, grout haze on the tile, stickers on every window and appliance, and a layer of it all settled on the ceiling fan blades. Post-construction cleaning is the phase between the last trade leaving and anyone seeing the space as finished, whether that is the owner, the inspector or the leasing agent.
We work in two passes where the job calls for it. The rough clean clears debris, sweeps and vacuums dust from every horizontal surface and removes protective film so the punch list can be walked. The final clean follows the punch list: fixtures polished, glass and mirrors detailed, cabinets wiped inside and out, floors cleaned to the finish the flooring contractor specified.
General contractors and remodelers book it as a line item on the schedule, investors book it after a rehab, and property managers book it after unit renovations or common-area work. We coordinate with the superintendent or project lead on access and sequencing, and we scope from plans, photos and square footage. Commercial fit-outs and residential remodels both qualify.
