What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean clears the site after the messy phases, and a final clean makes the house ready for people. The rough clean removes debris, sweeps and vacuums dust after drywall and paint, and wipes down surfaces so finish trades can work. The final clean happens after the punch list, with fixtures, glass, cabinet interiors, floors and appliances detailed and every sticker and protective film removed.
Can you clean while my trades are still finishing?
Yes, as long as we know which rooms are done and which are not. We can final-clean the finished side of a house while a sub is still working elsewhere, and come back for the remaining rooms when they are released. Tell us on the quote request what is still open, and we scope the visits around it rather than cleaning the same room twice.
Do you handle construction debris and leftover materials?
Bagged debris and what fits in the site trash is part of the rough clean, but a dumpster load of offcuts, pallets and packaging is hauling, not cleaning. Tell us what is on site when you request the quote and we will say what we can take and what needs a haul-off first. If you need more than a clean, ask.
