New Construction Final Cleaning for Dallas–Fort Worth Builders

A new home is judged once, at the buyer’s final walkthrough. Everything the builder did over months is seen in one visit, and a dusty window track or a hazy shower door becomes a punch item at the closing table. New construction final cleaning is the builder’s last step before that walk, after the certificate of occupancy and after the punch list is closed.

This is a handover standard, not a construction-phase clean. Every surface in the home is detailed: new appliances unwrapped, stickers and film removed and interiors wiped; cabinets and drawers cleaned inside; new glass polished free of labels and haze; fixtures, hardware and tile brought up to showroom condition; floors cleaned to the manufacturer’s care instructions. Garages, porches and utility rooms are swept and wiped.
