Post-Renovation Cleaning for Dallas–Fort Worth Investors

The rehab is done when the property starts earning, not when the contractor’s invoice clears. Between the two sits the clean: the step that turns a finished scope of work into a house a tenant will sign for or a buyer will bid on. For an investor, every day in that gap is holding cost, so the clean is scheduled to end it.

Rehab cleaning combines two jobs. The construction side: dust from sanding and drywall, grout haze, stickers and film on new fixtures and appliances, debris the trades left behind. The make-ready side: the original parts of the house that the scope did not touch, cleaned to match the new work so the whole property reads as renovated, not patched.

Flippers, buy-and-hold investors and the landlords and agents who work with them book it as the final line on the rehab schedule, after the last trade signs off and before the photographer, the property manager or the listing agent arrives. We are owned by real estate investors and we schedule to the exit, not the calendar. Quote from photos and the scope of work.
